Job Description

• Develop product messaging and positioning. Create compelling stories around Zoho products and educate potential users about benefits. 
  
• Ideate, create and execute marketing campaigns using the right channels. Measure ROI and impact of each campaign.
  
• Engage with partners, influencers to drive awareness and product demand.
  
• Contribute to creating rich content resources (articles, eBooks, info-graphics, solution guides, webinars, videos, etc.) to help business owners, and drive awareness of Zoho products and bring in leads.
  
• Develop user education material for existing customers to understand our products better.
  
• Understand and monitor the markets in which Zoho products compete and help product management teams build better products and improve existing features.
